Administrative Assistant | F/T or P/T

SUMMARY
Administrative Assistants are tasked to support the entire team or senior level individuals. They will work closely with Account Coordinator and Account Executive to provide high levels of customer service. Their goal will be to aid in the development of positive client satisfaction across all clients. An Administrative Assistant will be required to various support items as delegated by other team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES
An Administrative Assistant will provide a number of support level work throughout each work day or work week. Tasks such as providing customer service to clients via phone or email, scheduling client meetings, creating reports and general paperwork are examples of work that will be assigned. The position requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

REQUIREMENTS
This position can be considered an entry-level position. Comparable working experience is an asset. Administrative Assistants should be energetic and enthusiastic helping to promote a positive client experience. Attention to detail and organization are also key requirements for an Administrative Assistant.

CAREER PATH
Administrative Assistants will be given opportunities to learn and be exposed to all areas and disciplines. Growth opportunities may be available to move into Account Coordination or Account Executive roles.

Junior Graphic Designer | F/T or P/T

SUMMARY
Junior Graphic Designers are often young students fresh out of college or who are finishing up their degree and are employed through an internship. Junior designers usually require mentorship through a majority of their duties.

Any Designer shouldn’t just be creative; they should be passionate about design and be learning to be passionate about marketing. They should be self-motivated, detail oriented and organized. They need to possess good time management skills and communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES
A Junior Graphic Designer will lay out pages, draw logos, redraw logos, rework text, perform color corrections and overall take on the basic duties that help them get to know the ins and outs of graphic design. A junior designer will often work on multiple aspects of one project but will take on only one or two tasks at a time.

REQUIREMENTS
This position can be considered an entry-level position. In general, Junior Graphic Designers have a degree or diploma in graphic design and have two or less years of experience.

Our organization has a strong specialization in the automotive industry, and as such our designers need to be passionate about the automotive industry especially in regards to its marketing.

CAREER PATH
Designers in this position will often be considered “junior” for up to two years or longer to begin to build a portfolio. However, designers don’t necessarily need to move on from this position during their career.

Digital Advertising + Social Media Coordinator | F/T or P/T

SUMMARY
Digital Advertising and Social Media Coordinators are tasked to support our Marketing Strategists, and Account Coordinators will all digital advertising and social media centric projects. They will work with various team members to collaborate and generate creative social campaigns that promote engagement and a positive experience for our clients. An integral part of the job is the collection of data, analysis and reporting of ongoing social campaigns, aimed at achieving our clients’ objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES
A Social Media Coordinator will aid in the development of marketing strategies, objectives and targets, as well as the monitoring, analysis and reporting writing of marketing campaigns and advertisements.

REQUIREMENTS
This position can be considered an entry-level to intermediate position. A minimum of a degree in marketing, sales, business administration or a related field is required. Comparable working experience may be considered as a potential replacement to academic education.

CAREER PATH
Digital Advertising and Social Media Coordinators will be given opportunities to learn and be exposed to a number of marketing disciplines. Growth opportunities will be available to move into the next position as a mid-level Coordinator or Strategist.

  • Proficient in Working with Digital Relational Advertising: ie. Facebook Advertising, Google Ad Words, etc.
