In late January, Blitzgear aided our client, AlphaSafe, Canada’s leader in security box technology and storage, ring in the Year of the Horse at a very festive Aberdeen Centre Mall.
If anyone has attended this annual event, they know it is the busiest time of the year for the mall with huge opportunities for marketers. With AlphaSafe launching only recently, it was an ideal venue for brand awareness. To connect with this heavy affluent market required a well thought out event strategy, eye-catching display, and most importantly, Cantonese and Mandarin speaking representatives. Knowing this, Blitzgear’s Chinese-speaking Brand Ambassadors were assigned to create brand awareness, connect with attendees, gather valuable customer data, and qualify sales leads.
After all the festivities had completed, Blitzgear’s team was able to complete all tasks assigned, and more importantly, gather additional customer feedback about the product in order to help improve AlphaSafe’s brand positioning in the market.
