Prior to working with Blitzgear, Brian Jessel BMW’s marketing department was at max capacity due to a lack of resources within the department. A combination of said limited resources and tight advertising turnaround times created a demanding high-pressure environment.
Blitzgear was given the opportunity to be an extension of Brian Jessel BMW’s marketing department to provide overall strategy and planning on a monthly basis. The objective was to increase the overall effectiveness of creative ads across all mediums, whether digital or traditional, and increase awareness for the Brian Jessel BMW brand.
Blitzgear, working in conjunction with the Brian Jessel BMW’s marketing team, has been able to strategize and develop attractive, specific and effective campaign concepts, creative copy, and designs.
A strong ethnic population throughout BC represents a large portion of Brian Jessel BMW’s target market. To keep brand consistency, creative copy was translated into various languages for ethnic newspapers.
As a dealership, Brian Jessel BMW places importance not only on the BMW Brand, but the brand of Brian Jessel. In efforts to differentiate and build brand equity for Brian Jessel BMW, “brand ads” were created to communicate the value and benefits of choosing Brian Jessel BMW over other local dealerships for sales, service and parts.
Largely due to the professional expertise from Blitzgear, the advertising strategies and differences in advertisements created for Brian Jessel BMW helped alleviate the stress on their in-house marketing team. The digital creativity generated from a constantly evolving partnership and the refinement of marketing strategies are an example of Blitzgear’s understanding of the automotive industry.
