When AdvancePro Distribution decided to carry their own line of probiotic cleaners, Blitzgear was thrilled to create the new brand’s identity and package designs. The process began with creating a fitting name for the new brand.
The product is an organic, all natural probiotic cleaner containing powerful microbes and their metabolites which break down grease, grime and dirt. It neutralizes toxic substances and controls pathogens that cause disease. The product is manufactured using principles of beneficial microorganisms developed in Japan. With this in mind, Blitzgear hit the brainstorm table and came up with a few names. The manufacturing principles launched Blitzgear into a japanese sound which became a focal point for the exploration. Thus the name Keako came about. It’s a 2 syllable pronunciation makes it easy to say and highly legible. The japanese sounding name makes it easy to remember while allowing it to stand out among the other english brand names. Once the name was determined, the identity came next.
Keako’s development is the result of extensive scientific research into probiotic cultures and its benefits. Keako’s effectiveness lies in the perfect balance of probiotic cultures within each bottle, much like the elements comprising the periodic table. Thus, an identity that utilizes the element symbol conveys a scientifically crafted and biologically friendly cleaning product.
