Revscene is an online community starting back in 2000 that has developed to encompass over 67,000 active members. The primary focus for the site is automotive with a secondary focus on their constantly growing lifestyle section. Out of the 67,000 active members on their online forums, the main demographic found on RevScene contains automotive enthusiasts. Currently, RevScene’s brand exemplifies the love and passion for cars, motorcycles, modifications, and the overall automotive industry.
For the last 15 years, Revscene has hosted a free event where car enthusiasts can show off their latest cars and modifications. This event has historically brought in car enthusiasts from all over the Pacific Northwest.
On August 30, 2015, Blitzgear helped organize and coordinate the annual Revscene Summer Meet at ADESA Vancouver located in Richmond. The event not only catered to car enthusiasts but also to the entire community of Vancouver; having everything from highly modified cars to delicious food trucks and fun games.
Proceeds from online and day-of parking spot reservations were all donated to the Cops for Cancer charity. Members of the charity were also invited them to the event to help raise awareness for the cause. The event ran successfully with the inclusion of multiple vendors, food trucks, vehicle organization, and special guests like Kirk McLean.
