When we created the corporate identity for Worldwide Animal Travel, one of our inspirations was Snoopy from the comic strip Peanuts by Charles M. Schulz. One of Snoopy’s alter-egos is as a World War One Flying Ace battling his archenemy the Red Baron, Manfred von Richthofen. Snoopy would climb aboard his doghouse the Sopwith Camel, wearing a leather helmet, goggles and a red scarf. This scarf was shown “blowing in the wind”. The Worldwide Animal Travel corporate symbol is the silhouette of a German Shepherd wearing a tri-coloured scarf blowing in the wind.
The panel van’s design simply added further to that tri-coloured scarf, showing movement even when the vehicle is parked or stopped at a traffic light. The colourful design although minimal in application quickly draws attention to itself.
I would like to express my 100% satisfaction on the recent wrap done on our new van. The process from design to the actual wrapping of the vehicle exceeded my expectation. I take my hat off to your team for a job very well done and look forward to the wrapping of our other vehicles. Bruno Mansueto | Worldwide Animal Travel
